We wanted to share a preview with you of what we are premiering:
The Architect Bed
At the center of our presentation is the debut of the new Keeps Architect Bed Frame, shown for the first time in a bold vermilion stain, a rich departure from the natural oak tones we’re known for.
Historically derived from cinnabar and used in antiquity for imperial seals and official signatures, vermilion signals authority, arrival, and permanence. Here, it marks our entrance to the national design community.
Off-Cuts: Emergency Birthday Candle
An interactive installation and functional object that repurposes surplus material from bed production.
Encased in solid oak, the piece houses a single candle, match, and strike strip: a pocket-sized ritual for a fleeting moment of celebration.
In the tradition of Omiyage, we are bringing these free gifts from our travels to attendees of the design fair.
Off-Cuts: Apple Boxes
The best-selling expressive, sidekicks made from headboard remnants, shown in stacked smoked and natural finishes with etched emotive faces.
And of course, we’ll be showing the Signature Keeps Bed, where we first began.
