P.S. If you’re unfamiliar with the hemp ban: a federal bill was passed last November that will ban hemp-derived THC products nationwide starting November 12, 2026. That means brands like ours won’t be able to sell products the same way unless laws change before then. We’re hopeful there will be updates or revisions before it takes effect, but right now the future of our indsutry is still very uncertain.
