Happy Women’s History Month! Here at Girls Who Code, we champion women and girls every single day, giving them the tools and opportunities they need to thrive in the tech industry—because we know that when women succeed, we all win.

But right now, technology is rapidly advancing and job security and economic mobility increasingly depend on the ability to adapt. Emerging technology like AI and cybersecurity are redefining the skills needed to thrive in the workforce of tomorrow. We’re prepared to meet that moment and make sure we’re equipping students with everything they need for the jobs of the future.

That’s why our new Five by Five strategic plan goal is to reach five million people over the next five years. But it’s not just about hitting a number. It’s about laying the groundwork for a new kind of workforce—one that embraces change, thrives on innovation, and leads the charge into the future.
