PIHers are caregivers at heart. They do whatever they can to protect the vulnerable, support others, and ease suffering.

Many PIH supporters align their caregiving and philanthropic goals through a charitable gift annuity (CGA), which allows them to support Partners In Health’s work around the world and support their own loved ones: a mother, uncle, spouse, or friend.

When you start a CGA, you can:

• Provide financial support for your own retirement or for a loved one for the rest of their life,
• Give a generous gift to PIH that provides lifesaving health care where it's needed most,
• Receive an immediate tax-deduction for the gift,
• See tax savings if funded with appreciated stock or a qualified charitable distribution from your IRA.

Payments to your loved one can be made monthly, quarterly, or annually and can start immediately or in the future.
