Coming up in 2026 at the Home of Cricket

Two Michelin-starred chef Tommy Banks is now confirmed to lead three exclusive days of our brand-new dining series, Finest Cut, alongside two award-winning chefs.

Tommy Banks will open the doors of the Edrich Restaurant outside a match-day for the first time ever in 2026, inviting guests to experience an entirely new chapter for Lord's dining.

Award-winning chefs Kate Austen and Tom Shepherd will take it in turn to pair up with Tommy Banks to transform the most exclusive match-day hospitality restaurant at Lord's into an exclusive Michelin-starred event this March.

Kate and Tommy are set to deliver the first day of Finest Cut this spring on Tuesday 3 March, in what will be Kate's first ever appearance at the Home of Cricket.

Tommy, who is already a familiar face in the Edrich Restaurant on match-days, will then pair up with acclaimed chef Tom Shepherd two weeks later, on Wednesday 18 March and Thursday 19 March.

Guests are invited to indulge in outstanding food, expertly paired wines, and remarkable culinary talent, in what will be a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.

Finest Cut offers the choice of a lunch or dinner sitting, each of which begins with a drinks reception and canapes, followed by a bespoke five-course menu crafted by both respective chefs.

In a true celebration of Michelin-starred gastronomy, the Edrich Restaurant opens its doors for the first time outside a match-day, to deliver this brand-new, exclusive dining series, complete with stunning views across the Lord’s outfield and iconic Pavilion.

There is nothing like a Michelin-starred event at Lord's.

Tuesday 3 March -

Finest Cut marks Kate's debut appearance at Lord's Cricket Ground. Kate is an established Michelin-trained chef, whose work has taken her to kitchens all over Europe, including working under Gordon Ramsey.

After she became the youngest female head chef at a two-Michelin starred restaurant, she then made history on BBC Two's Great British Menu in 2024, as she became the first female to win the main course.

Kate is set to pair up for the first time with Tommy Banks, who has previously hosted two Lord's Dining Clubs and leads the execution of this brand new era of Lord's dining.

Wednesday 18 March &

Thursday 19 March -

Tom joins Tommy to deliver two consecutive days of Finest Cut. Tom, who has previously hosted a Lord's Dining Club, opened his first solo restaurant, Upstairs by Tom Shepherd, in 2021, which was awarded a Michelin star just four months after opening - making it the first in Staffordshire to receive this prestigious accolade.

Tom brings a wealth of experience to the Finest Cut dining series and his familiarity with Lord's, alongside Tommy's, guarantees guests a fine-dining experience they won't forget in a hurry.
