I'm Pam, and I write most of the emails you get from us. First time I'm stepping out to write something coming directly from myself. My dad might be Manukora's biggest fan, which honestly makes me the most qualified person in the office for Father's Day gift recs.

The best thing that has ever happened, according to him, is me joining the Manukora team. Not because he's proud of me (I'm sure he is, a little), but because it means free honey. He is always the first one into a new jar and the first to text asking if I have more coming. My grandpa is also fully obsessed now, which means the honey disappears even faster. I basically need to hide my stash.

The moment I really understood the depth of my dad’s obsession was earlier this year. I spent a few months in New Zealand (where Manukora is from, if you didn't know) and every time I checked in with my dad, he'd ask when I was coming home. I thought it was sweet. Turns out he had run out of Manuka and needed a refill. I'm sure he missed me too, but the honey was clearly the priority.

So yes, I give some away happily. Because I know how rare it is to find something that is good for your body and delicious on top of it.

Here is what my dad reaches for:

The everyday jar: MGO 850+. His non-negotiable. A spoonful every morning, no exceptions.

When he needs an extra push: He goes all the way up. I managed to get my hands on the MGO 1637+, our limited-edition harvest, and he is treating it like it is made of actual gold. To be fair, it kind of is.

The ones he keeps everywhere: The Immunity + Defense packets. Some are in his gym bag, some in his office drawer. I also recently found out he's been sharing them with his clients — my precious Manuka, going to strangers. He needs to get them to buy their own, honestly.

If your dad is anything like mine, he will not ask for anything this Father's Day. So this is your sign to get him something he will actually use, every single day.
