Register today: Join the Mental Health America and Strava Challenge

This Mental Health Month, Mental Health America (MHA) is partnering with Strava, the app for active people, to encourage people across the country to support their mental health through movement. Movement looks different for everyone. Find what you love, and let it lead you to more good days.

Participants are invited to commit to 400 minutes of movement during May (roughly 13 minutes per day) by signing up for the free Moving for More Good Days, Together Challenge on Strava.

Finding ways to move that you enjoy, even if they feel small, can make a big difference in supporting both your mental and physical health.

Anyone in the U.S. can participate by creating a free Strava account, either by downloading the app on their phone or by signing up on the Strava website.

Participants may also choose to donate or fundraise to support MHA’s free mental health resources.

To further inspire participation and impact, L.L.Bean will match every dollar raised, up to $25,000, helping expand access to MHA’s free mental health resources, tools, and education.
