Soccer’s different in November, isn’t it? Sure, the chance of snow and the numb fingers are charming, but I’m talking about the class on the grass. The lessons we’re taught every time the whistle blows and there’s that extra motivation in the back of the mind: this could be the last one. Or, it could be the start of something special.

Game 3 of our Round One series against the Sounders is coming to Allianz Field tomorrow, and it’s exactly the kind of game that we all dream of seeing while we sing Wonderwall after a summer win. From this point on, every match is a must-win for your Loons. This is playoff soccer, folks! After two wildly different games to start the series, we’ve seen both MNUFC and Seattle show off what they’re best at, getting the better of one another via their own distinct styles. Now, it’s time to see which style comes out on top when everything is on the line.

Make sure your Saturday afternoon is cleared for tomorrow’s winner-take-all affair. If you can, get to Allianz Field and help us turn this place into an absolute fortress.
