Welcome back, Loons fans! There’s been a ton of team news since our last Center Circle went out, so in case you missed any of it, let’s get you up to speed. The transfer window has already seen a number of key players depart the club, but we’ve also welcomed several exciting new faces, including Drake Callender, Peter Stroud, and Tomás Chancalay, with plenty of time ahead of the 2026 season for more movement.

In the last week, Cameron Knowles was selected to become the club’s new Head Coach following the departure of Eric Ramsay and Dennis Lawrence for West Bromwich Albion in the English Championship. Knowles, who has served as Video Analyst, MNUFC2 Head Coach, Interim First-Team Manager, and First-Team Assistant during his five years with the club, will bring in former Austin FC Head Coach Josh Wolff as his top assistant, joining the current support staff of Thomas Fawdry and Zarek Valentin.

As with any new season or new year, changes abound, along with the opportunity for new growth and development. Now, with the players officially hitting the ground running in California for the preseason, it’s time to put the nose back to the grindstone and pick up where we left off.
