The start of the season has been a whirlwind for your Loons, who have secured four points in two matchdays after a huge home win over FC Cincinnati. We’re seeing standout performances up and down the pitch, with striker Kelvin Yeboah scoring twice in as many games, keeper Drake Callender putting in a standout shutout performance, and innovative combination play in the attack of Coach Knowles’ new 4-3-3. The year is ripe with potential for the Black and Blue, and things have certainly started out on the right foot.

MNUFC2 is also back in action, dominating Austin FC II in a 4-2 season-opening win that featured a hat trick from rookie striker Marcus Caldeira. The Academy teams have returned from break as well, so all five sides of your favorite club are on full throttle. 

This weekend, the action continues on all fronts as the first team takes on B.J. Callaghan’s Nashville SC, the Twos head to St. Louis, and the Academy makes the trek to Cincinnati. So much soccer, so much fun, and so much to be excited for in the big Year 10.
