Your road-warrior Loons found a solid 2-1 scoreline in both Los Angeles (well, Carson) and San Diego before prevailing in a tight penalty shootout in Sacramento to advance to the U.S. Open Cup Round of 16. It’s been a very busy trip up and down the coast, and now the boys are home free for a conference clash with the Portland Timbers.
