Four steps to Italian style
Our pal Luke Hodges recently stopped by the Oxford Street flagship to get measured up for a custom-made suit. The reason? He was heading to Florence for Pitti – the menswear Super Bowl – so needed something light and easy-to-style, with design details that would impress Italy's tailoring elite. Read on to learn about the easy four-step process behind Moss Custom Made. |
The process begins with Luke in a ‘fit set’, a standard-sized suit that allows Tom, our Custom Made specialist, to take accurate measurements. |
After noting down the measurements, Luke chooses a fabric – in this case, a breezy linen. |
| |
He then hones in on the details: peak lapels, pleated shoulders and patch pockets. |
In less then a month, Luke's suit is ready to hit the cobbled streets of Florence. |

From Pitti to everyday occasions, see how Custom Made looks beyond the fitting room with Luke Hodges and Robbi, our Head of Creative at Moss. |
