Pride Month is a celebration of authenticity, courage, and community. It’s a time to honor the countless LGBTQIA+ individuals whose advocacy, resilience, and leadership have helped move our nation closer to justice.

This month, we are also proud to highlight our partnership with PFLAG, one of the nation’s leading organizations supporting LGBTQIA+ people, their families, and allies.

Together, the NAACP and PFLAG are committed to advancing dignity, equity, and opportunity while confronting discrimination in all its forms. Our partnership reflects a shared belief that every person deserves to live openly, safely, and free from fear.

The fight for civil rights has always been interconnected. When any community faces exclusion or injustice, our collective progress is threatened.

We will continue to build partnerships that strengthen our ability to advocate for policies, protections, and opportunities that allow every person to thrive.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the leaders, advocates, families, and allies who continue the work of building a more inclusive future.
