In 1967, Congress established the National Park Foundation as the official nonprofit partner of the National Park Service. Since then, we have been dedicated to funding the preservation and growth of our 430+ national park sites. From well-known parks like Yellowstone National Park to lesser-known gems like Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, we work closely with the National Park Service to identify and implement important projects and programs.
