On December 9th, the following capabilities will become generally available:
  • Faster Incident Resolution: Transaction 360 pinpoints root causes 5x faster.
  • Proactive Security: Security RX (Infra & Apps) integrates risk management into your workflows, while New Relic History provides instant audit trails for compliance.
  • Streamlined Ownership: Service Architecture Intelligence (Teams & Scorecards) embeds service ownership and on-call schedules for faster resolutions.
These exciting new features are available on a paid plan with Advanced Compute.

Admin account owners can upgrade directly within the product. If you are not an admin, contact your account admin to complete the upgrade. Here are step-by-step instructions for adding Advanced Compute to your account.
