WALKING FORWARD TOGETHER |
The nib Newcastle Knights and Wests Group are proud to launch our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), reaffirming our shared commitment to reconciliation and meaningful change.
Building on our inaugural Innovate RAP in 2023, this next chapter aims to embed cultural safety, respect, and visibility across our organisation, ensuring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples feel seen, valued and respected in every interaction.
Through sport, hospitality, and community, we will strengthen relationships, elevate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, and continue taking meaningful action towards a more inclusive future. |
