At the same time, federal attacks on abortion access continue to escalate. A recent court ruling has restricted how patients can receive mifepristone, a safe, effective medication used for abortion and miscarriage care for 25 years. While the United States Supreme Court has temporarily restored access through May 11, the situation remains uncertain and could change quickly.
