We have settled back into our home in Copenhagen after another unforgettable journey in Japan. We return home more inspired and energized than ever, and every day brings us one step closer to building a noma that is more creative, electric, and impactful than ever before.

We are welcoming our first guests for Ocean Season, and although we have plunged deep into the sea quite a few times before, ever since the restaurant began breaking the year into three distinct seasons—Vegetable, Forest, and Ocean, this time, the menu is poised to evolve even more fluidly and frequently.

Opening our doors to our Taste Buds members

Looking beyond spring, we are also excited to host members of our R&D club Taste Buds to Copenhagen this summer, where they will have the chance to dine at noma, and join us for a members only event exploring our spaces, meeting with the team, and get a taste of the latest from the noma universe.  

Memberships for 2025 are closed, but you can already sign up to the waiting list to ensure your 2026 year’s membership.
