Monday: Crumbed market fish, slaw, romesco, sumac
Tuesday: BBQ eggplant, whipped cashew, pickled fennel, pine nuts
Wednesday: Turmeric paprika chicken, cos, pickled radish, spiced toum
Thursday: Grilled mushrooms, labneh, Aleppo honey, pickled onion
Friday: Beef short rib, whipped feta, pickles & guindilla, cucumber
