No. 16 Men's Hockey Opens Campaign this Weekend vs. Wildcats

Head coach Steve Rohlik and the No. 16 men's hockey team will open the 2025-26 campaign at home this weekend as the Buckeyes host the Northern Michigan Wildcats at the Schottenstein Center for a two-game series. The series will get underway on Friday with puck drop scheduled for 6:30 p.m. with game two on Saturday set for 5 p.m. As a former member of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association with the Wildcats, the Buckeyes hold a 25-9-1 all-time home record against Northern Michigan.

This weekend's non-conference series is Youth Weekend with parents able to claim a complimentary youth ticket (ages 12 and under) to each game by clicking HERE. Parents/guardians will be able to purchase discounted tickets that are seated next to their respective complimentary youth ticket.

Women's Volleyball Back Home Tomorrow vs. No. 12 Purdue

Following a weekend trip to the west coast, the women's volleyball team returns to the Covelli Center tomorrow night as the Buckeyes will host their third Top 25 opponent of the season when No. 12 Purdue (12-2) comes to town. First serve against the Boilermakers is scheduled for 7 p.m. with the match broadcast on FS1.

The Buckeyes' trip out west was highlighted by a pair of career-high performances as Kaia Castle recorded 12 kills against the Ducks while Ashley Carr tallied 11 kills against the Huskies. Olivia Hasbrook picked up a combined 16 digs over the two matches and bringing her season digs per set to 3.53, which is ranked seventh in the Big Ten.
