Men's Hockey Defeats Wisconsin to Advance to B1G Semifinals |
Despite dropping game one, the No. 3-seed men's hockey team bounced back against No. 6-seed Wisconsin to force a game three where a pair of third period goals helped secure a 3-2 Ohio State victory. A power play goal by Davis Burnside midway through the third period broke the stalemate to give the Buckeyes a 2-1 lead while Max Montes scored shortly after to extend the lead to 3-1. Goalie Logan Terness was crucial in net for the Scarlet and Gray, recording 29 saves as the Buckeyes were outshot by the Badgers 31-28.
With the quarterfinal series win over the Badgers, the Buckeyes will host a semifinal matchup against No. 5-seed Penn State on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. at the Schottenstein Center. The winner of Saturday's semifinal will face the winner of the Michigan State-Notre Dame semifinal game in the conference tournament championship game. |

| Men's Lacrosse Stuns No. 2 Notre Dame |
The men's lacrosse team picked up its first road win of the season defeating two-time defending national champion No. 2 Notre Dame, 10-9. Alex Marinier led the Ohio State offense with three goals and an assist on the day but it was Shane O'Leary who scored the game-winning goal with just seven seconds remaining to complete the upset. With the win, the Buckeyes extended their win streak to seven while jumping to No. 9 in this week's USILA Coaches Poll.

Women's Lacrosse Remains Perfect with OT Victory Over Cincinnati |
The No. 20 women's lacrosse team improved to 6-0 after a thrilling 10-9 overtime victory over Cincinnati. Kate Tyack scored the game-winning goal in overtime, capping off a four-goal performance, while Kampbell Stone added a hat trick. Despite a third-quarter rally by the Bearcats, Ohio State held Cincinnati scoreless in the fourth quarter to force overtime. The Buckeyes' 6-0 record is tied for the best start in program history (2002).

| Wrestling Qualifies Nine for NCAA Championships |
Nine Buckeye wrestlers will pack their bags for the 2025 NCAA Wrestling Championships in Philadelphia following a strong team performance at the Big Ten Tournament in Evanston, Ill. Redshirt freshman Brandon Cannon led the Buckeyes, securing a second place finish at 157 pounds. Other notable performances included Nic Bouzakis (third at 133), Jesse Mendez (fourth at 141) and Carson Kharchla (fourth at 174), all earning automatic qualifying spots to the NCAA Championships on March 20-22.

| Softball Battles for 3-2 Victory vs. Notre Dame |
The softball team closed out a busy five-day, six-game stretch at Buckeye Field yesterday afternoon with a 3-2 win over Notre Dame. Ohio State took an early 2-0 lead in the first inning from a Jasmyn Burns RBI double and Kaitlyn Farley’s run-scoring groundout. Morgan Frye added a solo home run in the fourth to extend the lead to 3-1. The Buckeyes will open Big Ten play this weekend at Buckeye Field with a three-game series against No. 22 Nebraska.

Baseball Wins Third Straight vs. Eastern Michigan |
The baseball team picked up its third consecutive win following yesterday's strong offensive performance over Eastern Michigan by a 13-7 margin. Tyler Pettorini's 400-foot home run in the bottom of the first gave the Buckeyes a quick 2-0 lead and carried over into the second inning where Ohio State put up a five spot highlighted by a double steal that saw Matthew Graveline swipe home. Hunter Shaw sealed the win with two innings of relief, striking out three of four batters in the ninth.

Men's Basketball Opens B1G Tournament Tonight |
Head coach Jake Diebler and the men's basketball team will open postseason play tonight as the No. 10-seed Buckeyes will take on No. 15-seed Iowa in the first round of the Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament. Tipoff against the Hawkeyes is scheduled for 6 p.m. and will be streamed exclusively on Peacock. The Buckeyes are 3-1 all-time against Iowa in the conference tournament, winning last year's second-round matchup 90-78.

Women's Hockey Earns No. 2 Seed in NCAA Tournament |
For the sixth consecutive season, the women's hockey team will make an appearance in the National Collegiate Women's Ice Hockey Tournament earning the No. 2 overall seed in this year's tournament field. As the No. 2-seed, the Buckeyes will host first and second round matchups at the Ohio State Ice Rink to determine who will advance to the Women's Frozen Four in Minneapolis.
In the first round of the Columbus Regional, the Penn State Nittany Lions will face off against the St. Lawrence Saints on Thursday at 7 p.m. with the winner advancing to the regional final against No. 2 Ohio State on Saturday at 6 p.m. Fans can view the entire 2025 National Collegiate Women's Ice Hockey Tournament bracket by clicking HERE.
