In my role at the Recovery & Rehabilitation Center, I spend each day with our rescued dogs, making sure they have clean, comfortable beds, plenty of food, water and treats, and whatever enrichment and care they may need.

Many of the dogs we see here have experienced the unthinkable. They’ve been abandoned, abused, and left hopeless. At our facility we give them a safe, comfortable space to rest and heal until they can find a loving home.

That’s why I wanted to reach out today to make sure you know about this new opportunity that allows you to help the animals in our care. Earlier this month, we introduced a goal of 80 sponsorship gifts in honor of the 80 kennels we have here at the ASPCA Recovery & Rehabilitation Center, to help support the animals in our care.

This goal is more than just a number; it’s a direct connection to the rescued animals who are depending on us.

For many of them, their kennel is the first safe space they’ve ever known, and that’s why it’s so important that we have people like you by their side, supporting them along the way.
