• Legal bases clarified: The Privacy Policy now explains more clearly the legal bases under the GDPR and other laws that we rely on to process personal data.
• Alignment with international privacy laws: The updated Policy reflects enhanced compliance with the GDPR, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other global data protection standards.
• EU GDPR representative: We’ve appointed an EU-based GDPR representative to assist with inquiries from users in the EU/EEA.
• Improved transparency: We’ve simplified the language and structure of our Policy to make it easier to understand how we collect, use, transfer, and protect your information.
