Dear friend,
At Echo, we believe one of the most powerful ways to keep toxins out of your body and unlock your best health is through clean, optimized water. But water is only part of the picture.
We are exposed to dangerous chemicals in our food supply every day, including glyphosate, which has been linked to many health conditions... from endocrine disruption to kidney damage to cancer.
Our good friend Dr. Wendy Myers has compiled a surprising list of foods that contain glyphosate…
Even if they’re labeled “organic!”
So to help you protect yourself, I am sharing this important update from her.
Sincerely,
Paul Barattiero
CEO, Echo Water

Do you try to eat mostly organic food? I do.
So I was shocked to discover that even if you eat 100% organic, many organic foods like cereal, instant oats, chickpeas, hummus, and bread contain the toxic weed killer glyphosate!
When you’re exposed to glyphosate, it sticks around in your body for weeks, bioaccumulating in your cells.
Tests show that on average, people have 1300% more glyphosate (weed killer) in their urine today than they did 20 years ago.
As you can imagine, a substance as nasty as glyphosate is toxic to every cell, tissue, and organ in your body. And it’s especially hard on your liver.
Low levels of glyphosate have been found to cause serious liver damage in animals.
Here’s a list of just a few foods you’ll find glyphosate on:
- Almonds
- Avocados
- Asparagus
- Broccoli
- Corn
- Cantaloupes
- Eggs
- Lemons
- Milk
- Oats
- Beans
- Rice
- Spinach
- Wheat
- Watermelons
- Squash
- Soy
- Figs
- Carrots
- Quinoa
- Sweet Potatoes
These are just some of the hundreds of foods that contain low levels of glyphosate.
If you eat some of these foods regularly, I strongly suggest you start protecting your liver.
Don’t let dangerous toxins build up in your body.
To Your Best Health,
Dr. Wendy Myers
