My name is Courtney Buhler and I am the CEO/Co-founder of Plush + Oak.
We have a lot to look forward to in 2026, but today I wanted to spend some time and reflect on the amazing 2025 we had and how your support has allowed us to have continued growth year over year.
2025 HIGHLIGHT REEL
1. We outfitted over 1091 Solo Artist spaces with our salon beds, and 291 multi-bed salons and spas.
2. While 59% of our orders were from NEW customers, 41% was returning customers and that means the world to me! Our main objective as a company is to assist in making your business stand out, delight customers, and keep them coming back. A 41% percent customer return rate is unheard of in luxury furniture spaces -- but it solidifies that our vision and products are doing what they're supposed to be: Helping your business thrive and GROW!
3. We launched three new models: The Vera, The Vera LOFT, and the OXFORD.
4. We made furniture for some incredible companies, including Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP Spa Room and Violet Grey in Beverly Hills.
5. We saw a huge increase in demand and orders from plastic surgery clinics, medi spa, and traditional spas along side our core customer base of lash, brow, PMU, and facial artists.
6. We were granted our Patent for the Brynn model officially!
7. We saw an increase of 54% of customers utilizing our in-house 0% Production deposit program to split payments up into two, and get orders started for only 50% down.
8. We had a new bestselling shade for the year: 2025 winner (for the first time ever) was CAPPUCCINO!
9. Edda kept the title as our best selling model for the 6th straight year, but OXFORD took the number 2 spot, replacing our ever-loved Brynn Bed.
10. We expanded capacity for manufacturing by 100% by completing our expansion into North Carolina manufacturing, as well as our Canadian facility.
