We’re currently testing a new Today’s Focus feed, a daily view that surfaces what needs attention across your projects. It’s an early step in our broader StudioOS direction: making Programa smarter about studio operations by automatically highlighting the work that matters, so you spend less time checking and chasing. We’re reviewing feedback closely as the test rolls out and using it to shape what comes next.

💡 Bulk actions for tasks in List view
Select multiple Project Management tasks at once to change their status or delete them in bulk, saving time when managing large task lists.

'What’s new' page

You’ll now find a dedicated 'What’s new' page in the side navigation above Guides. It’s your in-app changelog, highlighting recent product updates, improvements, and release notes all in one place.

Ascending and descending sort options expanded
Sort options with ascending and descending order are now available in Product Library, Purchase Orders, Tasks, and Schedules, giving you more control over how you view and organize your data.

Image cropping in Product Library
You can now crop product images directly in your Product Library, giving you more control over how products are displayed.

Background removal for Pinboard items
Remove backgrounds from images directly within Pinboards, making it easier to create clean, professional presentations for clients.

Inline filename editing for product attachments
Rename product attachments directly from the Schedule item details panel without needing to re-upload files.

Pinned projects now persist across sessions
Your pinned projects will now stay pinned even after logging out, switching browsers, or using a different device.

 

Other fixes and improvements
  • Schedule section dropdown no longer clipped by sibling sections.
  • Project cover image cropper now works correctly.
  • Delivery address auto-saves on Purchase Order Preview & Send page.
  • Address Book tag filter now correctly includes all matching contacts.
  • Time entries in "Log Yesterday Time" modal now filtered to current user only.
  • Expanded clickable area for time entry inputs for easier selection.
  • Project Management filter bar background and alignment fixed.
  • DOC codes now display in uppercase across shared Schedules and PDF exports.
  • Date picker no longer defaults to January 1 in new time entry form.
  • Shared Pinboard header breadcrumb styling updated to match shared Schedules.
  • Correct pluralization in overdue and due today task summaries.
  • Change note flag can now be deleted correctly in Schedule item modal.
  • Duplicate comments no longer created when auto-saving task edits.
