The latest features and improvements.

What’s coming in Q2 2026

Our team is continuing to ship new functionality, features, and improvements, with several major updates in development this quarter.

  • A new & improved project file
Giving designers a clearer starting point inside every project by bringing key information and navigation into one connected view, making it faster to see what needs attention and move between workflows.

  • An extension with SketchUp
Connecting 3D design in SketchUp with specification, procurement, and client collaboration in Programa.

  • Updated time tracking
Making time tracking easier to use by removing the need to create a task first, adding more flexible ways to log time, and giving studios clearer views of time entries by date, project, or team member.

  • A new way to search
Allowing users to search across Programa, making it easier to find projects, schedules, products, and more using natural language.

These updates are designed to bring more of the design and delivery workflow together inside Programa. We’ll be sharing more as these features move closer to release.

Edit Custom Pulses
Custom Pulses can now be edited after creation. Update the title, content, or criteria whenever you need to.

New Pulse actions for to-do tasks and missing suppliers
Pulse now surfaces two additional actions: incomplete to-do tasks across your studio, and products in your Schedules that are missing a supplier. Both help you catch gaps early before they slow a project down.

Show how you work with Programa
You can now submit your work to be featured on Programa directly from within the platform. Select Need help?’ in the side navigation, then choose ‘Feature on Programa’ and fill out the form to share your project or workflow with our team. If selected, your work may be featured across our editorial content, such as Made with Programa, In Practise, and Worst Case, Best Fix.
