At Programa, we believe software should continuously get better.
Over the last few weeks, thousands of Presentations have been shared with clients, we’ve shipped more than 80 improvements to the feature since launch, and we’re investing heavily in the next generation of tools for design studios.
As we head into Q3, our focus is concentrated around four major areas: Schedules 3.0, Studio Operations, Brands, and AI.
Schedules & Products
Schedules are at the centre of every project, connecting specifications, approvals, procurement, invoicing, payments, and project delivery.
That’s why Schedules 3.0 is the largest product investment we’ve ever made.
Built around a simple idea, one schedule for every project, the new experience will give studios a single source of truth for project information, with the flexibility to organise, filter, share, and present that data however they need.

Studio Operations
Running a successful studio requires more than managing specifications and products. Throughout Q3, we’ll be investing in new tools that help studios manage more of their business inside Programa, from financial workflows and project controls through to profitability and operational visibility.

Brands
We’re also investing heavily in the workflows that connect designers and brands. From quoting and procurement through to supplier collaboration and purchasing, our goal is to reduce friction across one of the most time-consuming stages of a project.

AI and our approach
Our approach to AI remains simple: practical tools that save time and reduce repetitive work. Following the launch of Meeting Notes and major improvements to Smart Search, we’ll continue expanding AI across Programa, helping teams find information faster, identify issues earlier, automate routine workflows, and keep projects moving forward.

Plus, Presentations keeps getting better
It has been less than a month since Presentations launched, and we’ve already shipped more than 80 improvements based on customer feedback. Recent updates include load times up to 80% faster, a dedicated Presentations page, and templated styles to help studios maintain consistency across projects.
