Strong Girls United Foundation uses sport, mentorship and mental health skills to empower girls and women to be strong, confident and resilient for life.

Working with communities, schools, universities, nonprofit organisations and professional athletes, we create spaces where girls build confidence, connection and resilience. We believe every girl deserves the chance to build Strong Bodies. Kind Hearts. Unstoppable Minds.

In the past year alone, we've supported nearly 1,000 girls.
