The past month has been the most intense and eye-opening experience of my career. There were days when I was flying to 4 different cities. I visited many factories including Lao Gan Ma and Hai Di Lao. Then I visited their equipment suppliers to understand how to maintain quality at scale. They had some very fancy equipment - and we're shipping it back to expand our operations. I've also had time to see my grandparents for the first time in six years. It's a weird transition going back as a full-grown adult - when the last time I saw them I was fresh out of college. I made lunch for them every day I was there and took them on road trips to different parks. I'm very thankful to have the time to take care of my elders. But I must return to take care of the Spicy Empire because we're going to the F*CKING MOON THIS YEAR!
