We recently partnered with Jon Yao, founder and head chef of the iconic Michelin star rated LA restaurant, KATO. Known for their modern, fine-dining take on Taiwanese cuisine, the team at Kato is no stranger to high expectations. When we found out Jon was a fan of our Calistoga Clog, we knew we could cook up something special. Pulling color inspiration from the famous concrete wall at their original location, we settled on this modern/industrial grey that reflects the precision and heritage Kato offers.
