SeaVees was rediscovered in a Tokyo vintage store in 2005. When we set off to design a chambray iteration of The Founders Edition, it was only right that the story returned to the country where it all started. Woven in Okayama—the birthplace of Japanese selvedge denim, our heritage chambray deepens and softens with every wear. Auburn leather laces. Antique brass eyelets. Vintage webbing from the original '64 construction. Period correct, with minor amendments for comfort where they count. 60 years in, and still making them like we used to.
