As we celebrate National Puppy Day, we’re highlighting an adoption option available to every San Francisco SPCA adopter.​

You can waive your adoption fee by becoming a monthly donor.​

​

Monthly donors provide steady, reliable support that helps pets receive lifesaving medical care, shelter, and enrichment while they wait for loving homes. It’s one meaningful way adopters continue helping animals long after bringing their new companion home. This option is available year-round for all adoptable animals.​​

You can even begin the adoption process virtually by meeting animals over video chat and completing paperwork from home before coming to our shelter to pick up your new family member.​
