Across the country, artificial intelligence is fueling an unprecedented boom in data centers. What many people don't realize is that these facilities often rely on dozens or even hundreds of massive diesel generators that emit harmful air pollution into our neighborhoods.

Now, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to make it harder for communities to have a voice.

A new proposal by Trump's EPA would eliminate federal public participation requirements for many "minor source" air permits, including the permits used for most data center backup generators.

This couldn't come at a worse time. As data centers rapidly expand to power artificial intelligence, communities are already grappling with increased air pollution, rising electricity demand, and growing concerns about public health and water scarcity.

That's why we're asking you to submit a comment to the EPA today and protect our voices.

The public's right to have a voice in these decisions and hold big polluters accountable is on the line. We need stronger safeguards that protect our communities -- not more silence.
