Our "purest ingredients" promise
Since the beginning, we've printed the phrase on each bottle and can: purest ingredients, finest quality.
"The raw ingredients are the foundation of every product we make," says Chris Walters, our Procurement Specialist. "You have to start with the best ingredients to get the best beer.”
This promise shines in Springfest IPA, our ode to ingredients and their farmers. Chris and team sourced Idaho-grown, sustainably farmed winter barley, which uses less water. And that's not all we scored from The Gem State.
"The organic Centennial hops used in Springfest are from a fantastic independent grower in Idaho," says Chris. "He's been growing hops for us for about a decade and is on the forefront of sustainability and organic farming practices.”
Centennial, Citra, and CTZ hops combine in Springfest for notes of orange blossom, tropical fruit, and a zip of grapefruit.
