Want to know what your employees think?

We're partnering with a professional survey group to determine 2026's Best Places to Work.

The list will recognize the companies whose employees objectively rate it a good place to work. The ranking is built entirely on employee feedback from a confidential survey, scored using a methodology Best Companies Group has refined across two decades of measuring workplace culture.

Here's how participation works:
  • Companies fill out a short questionnaire about benefits, programs, and policies.
  • Their employees take a confidential survey.
  • Best Companies Group analyzes both and produces a composite score.
The highest-ranking companies will be named on our Best Places to Work list, which we'll publish in late October.

Every participating company receives three reports back, regardless of whether they make the list: employee demographics, anonymized comments, and benchmark data against the rest of the field. Comparable independent research typically runs $5,000 to $10,000. Registration in our program is free.

The reports give companies a clear read on what their employees actually think about working for you, plus a benchmark against peers who took the same survey. From experience, that kind of context is harder to come by than it should be.
