Long hours, tight spaces, hot kitchens, and nonstop movement—food truck workers do it all with incredible craft. At Snibbs, this day hits especially close to home. Before Snibbs, our co-founder Daniel created The Lime Truck. The long shifts, lunch rushes, and endless hours on his feet helped inspire the footwear we make today. Today, we're taking a look back at some of our favorite moments on the truck and highlighting some of our favorite food truck owners.
