I’m just sitting down to check the latest numbers from the Expansion Archive Sale and honestly, I’m a little bit blown away. we are only 5 days in and our warehouses are looking significantly lighter than they did on Wednesday morning.

 

I wanted to send a quick personal note because i’m seeing quite a few of our investment pieces—specifically the Dumpling Bags and lots of the Carabiner Capsule pieces, hitting "low stock" alerts. As well as many of our seasonal or limited edition pieces either sold out, or down to final units. Once these are gone, many won’t be restocked in this country as we move toward our new regional exclusives model.

 

I know some of you have asked why the discounts are so significant this time (Up to 70% off is a big deal for us). The reality is purely operational. As we scale into our three-hub model, it's more efficient for me to pass those savings directly to you than it is to ship this inventory across the world to our new centers.

 

It's a "gift of efficiency" as we clear the decks for our tenth year, but it means these pieces are moving very, very fast.
