Each April, Watches & Wonders draws the horological world to Geneva. Think of it as a year’s worth of fashion weeks compressed into seven days, with brands, journalists and collectors converging in a single hall. New models are unveiled and ideas tested in front of an unusually attentive audience. This year, alongside technical ambition, there was a noticeable return to heritage‑inflected design and craft‑led expression. I was on the ground throughout, wristwear rotating accordingly, to gather our favorites among the new releases.
Structure is also shaping accessories this season. Givenchy’s new Snatch Bag channels the same pared‑back confidence, rethinking proportion through leather rather than metal. |

From Geneva, our highlights from the annual presentation of contemporary haute horlogerie, where recalibrated proportions and a quiet return to craft-led expression set the tone. |

With a silhouette that recalls a cinched waist, Givenchy’s new Snatch Bag lives up to its name. |
