Southwest reserves the right to adjust or revoke any Rapid Rewards points and close any Rapid Rewards account that Southwest believes is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of the Rapid Rewards Rules and Regulations.
Rapid Rewards points are not redeemable for cash and Rapid Reward Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points. Bilt transfer points will not count towards Companion Pass® or Tier Qualification.
Southwest is not liable for any loss or damage related to the operation of Bilt Rewards, linking your account through the Bilt Rewards app, the process of converting your Bilt Points to Rapid Rewards points, or any redemptions made through Bilt Rewards.
For missing Bilt Points, please contact Bilt Rewards.
Southwest and Bilt Rewards reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions.
Any personal information you supply may be used by Southwest in accordance with its Privacy Policy, by Bilt Rewards in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
When linking your accounts your personal data may be shared between Southwest and Bilt Rewards to facilitate the transfer of Rapid Rewards points and/or Bilt Points, and for marketing and analytical purposes, subject to the companies’ privacy policies and applicable law.
The account information in this email is only an estimate for a specific point in time. Please reference your Rapid Rewards® account on Southwest.com® for the most up-to-date information on available points, tier status, including tier qualifying points or flights, and Companion Pass® qualifying points or flights.
