Simplify your change management process with Freshservice. With an easy-to-use interface, you can effectively plan, implement, and review changes in your IT environment to minimize risks.

Four steps to getting started:
|
|
|
|
|
Create a change request: Click on the Changes icon in the side panel and click on the + button.
|
|
|
|
|
Enter change details: Enter the change type, priority, and description.
|
|
|
|
|
Link relevant tickets: In the Associations tab, search for and link relevant incidents, problems, or other tickets.
|
|
|
|
|
Assign to CAB Members: Assign the change request to the appropriate Change Advisory Board (CAB) members.
|
