So why are Democrats finding it so hard not only to constrain Mr Trump, but to communicate clearly? We look at how the party might turn things around.
And we have advice for schools on how to improve students’ grades while making them happier. It involves denying them access to modern technology. An increasing amount of evidence suggests that banning smartphones in the classroom is effective.
