How to use Miro for

My team and I use mind maps to come up with new ideas and see how they relate. It’s way better than doing it on a physical whiteboard that forces everyone to be in the same room (and where ideas can get erased).

I keep everything on track — and from falling through cracks — with a template that gives me a bird’s eye view of the project’s status, priorities, and dependencies.

Map the user experience along touchpoints — tracking their needs, emotions, and motivations to find critical gaps and decide what to build next.
