I wanted to take a moment today to talk about something that deserves more attention on a day like this: the love you show yourself.
We spend a lot of Valentine's Day thinking about the people around us, and rightly so. But I have always believed that the way you look after yourself sets the tone for everything else. You cannot pour kindness and warmth into someone else's life if you are running on empty yourself.
