Hi Email,

This Papayo Trade Secret is almost sold out, so grab your bag before this rare coffee is gone! Oh, and did we mention that this lot is just for Trade customers?

After selling out a few months back, we brought back a different Papayo from fourth generation farmer Wilmer Cuellar. This one is a natural process, which is fermented for 96 hours before drying it as a natural first on raised beds and then in a mechanical dryer.

Flavor-wise, it’s a delicious, natural process fruit bomb. We taste blueberries, grapes, ripe plum, and, coincidentally, papaya!

Our friends at Broadcast sourced a pretty limited amount of this coffee just for us, so we’re offering this Trade Exclusive in an 8oz bag. That way, more of you can try it.

Cheers,
Maciej
Director of Coffee

P.S. Some fun Papayo background: The Papayo variety is named so because of the similarity of its cherries to a papaya. Just like Pink Bourbon, it was discovered in the south of Huila not long ago, and it stands out for its exceptional sweetness and complexity.
