As you know, the golf cart has evolved from utilitarian course transport into the vehicle de jour for many resort communities and distinguished leisure destinations. Yet there are several common "faux pas" known to compromise the carting experience.



After extensive consultation with our Committee on Compact Recreational Vehicle Civility, we are pleased to present the following guidelines to keep your cart conduct consistently "above par.”

Once the helm is assumed, all matters of navigation, velocity, and parking are the driver's domain. Quell the urge to critique.

Having exchanged an initial nod with a fellow guest, all subsequent sightings demand renewal. To withhold is a social infraction of notable gravity.

The cart is a shared conveyance, not a personal storage facility. The distinguished carter occupies only their fair portion of available storage.

Should a fellow carter wish to engage in discourse, first relocate to the periphery. The thoroughfare accommodates transit, not prolonged conversation.

Mobile libation management is underpinned by awareness of cart physics and terrain. A sharp turn at pace is rarely kind to an unsecured beverage.
