Hey friend, Ana Victoria here, checking in after a few days in the Bay Area, and somehow I managed to do something I'd never done before: visit our Verve Palo Alto café. I know... it took me long enough. We ordered the Heirloom Tomato & Butter Bean Tartine and the Tokyo Egg Salad Croissant , grabbed a latte, and sat there for a while people watching. Safe to say I'll be dreaming about that fluffy egg salad for a while.

It's always fun seeing the cafés through fresh eyes. As someone who spends most of my days in Dallas, TX behind marketing campaigns, it's a good reminder that every coffee, every seasonal drink, and every new release eventually becomes part of someone's morning.

I'm especially excited about this one. If you're already a Vancouver Decaf fan, I have a feeling you're going to love Long Play Decaf. It's only here for the summer, and it's become my afternoon coffee almost immediately. It's incredibly sweet, balanced, and just as good poured over ice as it is brewed hot (I've been doing both depending on Dallas temperatures... which usually means iced).
