WE HAVE SOME IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR YOU

Hi Andrew,

You made a smart move when you decided to join Club Vue. The smartest move ever, actually. However, if you want to continue collecting digital stamps to earn free tickets, you need to make sure the Club Vue app is installed on your device.

So, if you’ve previously removed the app, now is most definitely the time to re-download it! Any stamps you’ve already collected will still be there, waiting for you.

As you know, every booking you place through the Club Vue app earns a digital stamp in your Club Vue account and every set of 10 stamps earns you a free ticket.

That’s still very much the case, but we have a few important updates to run by you:

UPDATES TO OUR T&Cs❗️

- The Club Vue Loyalty Scheme is only open to Vue members who download the Club Vue app and use it to purchase tickets for film screenings
- If you have previously uninstalled the app, you will need to re-download it in order to continue collecting stamps and free tickets
- Stamps and rewards can no longer be earned by making ticket purchases via the Vue website
- Vue members who have made ticket purchases through the website after downloading the Club Vue app but before the date of this email will receive a one-off stamp per screening
- Each stamp now remains valid indefinitely, provided at least one new stamp is collected every 12 months

By continuing to use the Club Vue app, you agree to accept these updated Club Vue T&Cs. If you do not agree with the updated Club Vue T&Cs, please delete or discontinue using the Club Vue app for any future ticket purchases.

It’s not all just about collecting stamps, though. The Club Vue app also provides you with an infinitely easier and faster way to book the best possible seats and manage your bookings.

And if you enable push notifications, the app will ensure that you never miss a ticket reminder, trailer drop or new announcement about your most anticipated titles.

We’ve introduced new Vue Membership terms that apply to all our registered members, bringing everything together in a single document, including the Club Vue Loyalty Scheme T&Cs. This makes it easier for you to see how your membership works and what benefits are available to you. This update does not change your existing benefits or how your membership works. Here’s a breakdown of the information you can find within our newly created Vue Membership T&Cs.

Vue Membership Key Information:

- Eligibility criteria for membership
- How to register for an account via the website or app
- The types of benefits available to members, including access to promotions, loyalty schemes, personalised offers and app-based features
- The separate terms that apply to specific promotions, loyalty schemes (such as Club Vue) and member benefits
- Members’ obligations e.g. maintaining accurate account details, keeping login credentials secure, and complying with applicable terms for promotions and benefits
- How members can close their account.
