Open Training gives you an all-access look at your Washington Spirit mid-season. Watch the team go to work, catch live international soccer on the big screen, and enjoy a full afternoon of activations built for fans and families with a Father's Day twist.

Watch the Spirit train from 4:00–5:15 PM, hosted by Britt Waters with commentary from Coach Jackie.

Stick around after practice, the Spirit will be on-site and there will be opportunities to get up close with the team.

Face painters, airbrush tattoos, tailgate games, lawn games, and partner activations.

All kids get a chance to take a penalty kick on the field after training wraps up.
