The start of the home international summer is finally here, as England Women face New Zealand in the first of three ODIs today.
Charlie Dean will captain England for the first time, with Nat Sciver-Brunt managing a calf injury, and is looking forward to the honour of leading the side out.
Today's match at Chester-le-Street opens the series, with further ODIs in Northampton and Cardiff on Wednesday and Saturday next week.
